By accessing or using Nuvett ("the platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Nuvett provides an AI-assisted hiring and candidate-assessment platform that helps employers evaluate candidates and helps candidates complete assessments and verify their identity. AI-generated scores and summaries are intended to inform human decision-makers; hiring decisions are made by employers, not automatically by the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal working age and able to form a binding contract to use the platform. By using Nuvett, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@getnuvett.com of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including impersonating another person during assessments or identity verification.
- Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security, assessments, or integrity measures.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or misuse platform content or assessment materials.
6. Assessments and Identity Verification
Assessments and identity verification are provided to support fair and trustworthy hiring. You agree to complete assessments honestly and, where required, to complete identity verification. Attempting to game, proxy, or falsify assessments or verification may result in disqualification and account termination.
7. Candidate and Employer Relationships
Nuvett provides tools to facilitate assessment and evaluation. We are not a party to any employment relationship between candidates and employers, and we do not guarantee any hiring outcome, job placement, or result.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, content, assessments, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.
9. Fees
Where applicable, fees for use of the platform will be described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. You are responsible for any fees associated with your use.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that assessment results will meet any particular requirement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with that law.
